This Easter bar will make your Easter days a chocolate heaven: Fairtrade milk chocolate with meringue (made from free-range eggs) and a hint of lemon. INGREDIENTS:
Milk chocolate with freez-dried aprico-lemon pieces and meringue.
Sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, meringue 3.3% (sugar, egg white, wheat starch), freez-dried apricot-lemon pieces 1.9% (glucose syrup, apricot, lemon juice concentrate, sugar, modified starch, thickener, sodium alginate), emulsifier (soy lecithin).
Cocoa solids: 32% minimum
Milk solids: 21% minimum
