Emilia Pasta uses a combination of rice and corn flours to keep this gnocchi gluten free. A traditional sauce for gnocchi is tomato and basil. Use their delicious organic version or make from scratch and always serve with plenty of grated parmesan cheese. For a special effect serve the gnocchi with Pasta Emilia’s Truffle Sauce made with fresh cream and black shaved Italian truffle.
