Maffras Mature Cheddar is styled on Victorian-era cheddar cheeses, with a distinctive sharp flavour and smooth texture. This cheese has subtle fruity tones offset by nutty notes. Serve with grissini, toasted almond bread, a full-bodied Australian Cab Sav or a fruity white.
