It has a full, rich flavour and body with vibrant fruity acidity and an aftertaste of cocoa. The Byron Bay Coffee Company test the Organic Blends for mycotoxins annually or if there is a bean change (either origin or crop). If a test came back positive for mycotoxins they would remove the statement, ‘Mycotoxin Free’ from the product on their website.
