Description
Spiral’s sweet and pungent ‘Pickled ginger’ is made from fresh ginger root. It is sliced then pickled in ‘ume-su’ (plum vinegar) and rice syrup with Shiso leaves for the pink colour. Commonly served with Sushi to cleanse the palate between flavours.Ingredients
