These Organic Corn Tortilla Chips begin with locally sourced, certified organic corn. Through an age-old Mesoamerican technique, Santa Anna's soak the corn in lime to enhance its nutrients. The corn is then ground into masa using volcanic stones. Shaped into triangles, these mini tortillas are baked, fried in organic coconut oil, and seasoned with pure Kalahari Desert salt.
