Feather light gnocchi with a touch of Italian Grana Padano.
Potatoes (65%), Ricotta (7%) (Cow’s Milk, Salt, Non-Animal Rennet, Culture), Polenta (6%), Rice Flour, Potato Flour, Italian Parmesan - Grana Padano (4%) (Made From Cow’s Milk), Xantham Gum, Egg White Powder, Salt.
Drop frozen gnocchi in rapidly boiling salted water. Do not stir. Return to the boil then simmer on low heat. When gnocchi float to the surface simmer for one minute. Remove with a large slotted spoon & drain well.
