Made from Koroneiki olives from our lands in Lleida. An olive oil with a fresh, minty sensation with notes of fresh grass, apple and fennel.

More than 200 varieties of olives are grown in the "Varietal Garden" located on their farms of L'Albagés. Early Harvest Oil, made with very fresh olives. It is a perfumed oil, with notes of fresh grass, apple and fennel. On the palate it has a medium bitterness and progressive heat, it is an oil with a fresh and minty sensation. Ideal to enjoy as a finishing oil for many applications.
