Only two tender leaves and a bud are used to produce this delicious green biodynamic tea. With its delicate liquor, green tea is valued for its detoxifying and antioxidant properties. The unfermented leaves of green tea are lightly steamed before being dried. The green tea is grown at Makaibari, the first biodynamic tea estate in the world, situated 3-4000 ft high up in the Himalayas.
