Always a favourite, Tamari Lupin Tempeh with fresh ginger and garlic is a sure winner amongst friends. Delicious in laksa, stir fry or diced up on skewers for the grill.

Cut your Tamari tempeh into strips about 1-2 cm thick or 2cm cubes. Add a good drizzle of oil to your frypan. Once hot, add your tempeh and pan fry on each side for about 3-5 minutes until golden and fragrant. Baste your tempeh with a little extra Tamari to intensify the flavour.

Bisque Tamari marinade with fresh ginger and garlic is a great base for a stir fry, fried rice or skewers for the grill. Add your favourite vegetables and dinner is served!
