With a fresh flavor and authentic homemade sauce, the Bio Orto Vegetable Sauce is a high quality product made only with fresh and organic ingredients.

The sauce is cooked slowly with a sauté of onions, carrots, celery and garlic in extra virgin olive oil. To this preparation are added pulp, tomato puree with seasonal vegetables - zucchini, eggplant, peppers and parsley. Bio Orto's Ortolana Sauce is a ready-to-use product and is without preservatives and added sugars.

Pairings: Ideal for pasta, pizza, lasagna, legumes, soups and for the preparation of rabbit all'ortolana.
