The Classic is Argentum's three-cheese empanada with provolone, parmesan and mozzarella, combined with caramelised onion made by hand in Bondi Beach kitchen and delivered frozen across Sydney. Classic Argentinian half-moon shape with a zig-zag repulgue seal. The vegetarian flavour everyone reaches for.No thawing needed. Bake from frozen at 190°C for 18 to 22 minutes, until golden and the cheese is melted through.
