The Athlete is Argentum's free-range chicken empanada with lemon, onion, capsicum, garlic, green olives, curry and mozzarella, made by hand in Bondi Beach kitchen and delivered frozen across Sydney. Classic Argentinian half-moon shape with a zig-zag repulgue seal. Lighter than the beef, but still properly satisfying.No thawing needed. Bake from frozen at 190°C for 18 to 22 minutes, until golden and crisp.
